It's Power which means a good dose of cardio + strength to work your whole body and get the sweat dripping.
Although Josie's sesh is high intensity, you can tone it down to whatever suits your body, just grab a couple of hand weights (dumbells/cans of beans) and get to it. -
HIIT Circuit with Sarah
Warning: We're getting HOT.
Using fluffy socks or a tupperware lid as a slider plus a couple of hand weights, Sarah's HIIT sesh is full-body but extra strong on the abs and arms.
Guaranteed post muscle soreness with this one - Epsom salt bath this evening highly recommended! -
