If you haven't got a home office setup in your house your posture could be suffering and aches and pains in the neck, shoulders, and lower back can quickly surface.
This class will start in a chair (a gentle reminder you can do these stretches when sitting at your desk!), moving on to a short flow to then finish with a leg, side of the body and upper back stretch with the resistance band.
We also focus on breath throughout the class to calm your nervous system down, de-stress and help you focus.
