In this flow Nina will be focusing on releasing your lower back and spine - you'll concentrate on moving the spine in all different directions, lengthening hamstrings, and stretching the front of the body to open up the back of the body.
A loop/long band or towel is required for the 3 part hamstring stretch. Your body will really thank you for this one.
