Josie's session is focussing on arguable the BEST core exercise there is....planks.
You'll be working through 2 rounds of 4 back to back exercises to begin, moving into 2 rounds of 2 minute high intensity super sets.
Expect your heart rate to rise quickly and get you into the fat burning zone.
A 30 minute cardio style workout with Liv focussing on legs, core and upper body with minimal rest breaks.
All of the exercises can be modified to be more or less challenging, so take the right level to suit you.
