Carragh's got a low-impact/high burn Barre style workout targeting the upper body including shoulders, triceps and back.
A set of dumb-bells or hand weights of choice (cue: Baked Beans x 2) are recommended.
Ps. No push ups in sight!
Low impact, high strength. Carragh's session consists of 6 minute sets, AMRAP (as many reps as poss) and finishing with a little cardio.
Want a little bit of ab work? For the non-expecting Beans, you've got some stronger exercises to try.
Loop band optional.
A sequence designed to strengthen legs which will give us so many more options during child birth and strong arms to help us carry baby/push pram etc.
The class also promotes good posture which is something that notoriously suffers when feeding.
