Time to get very sweaty with our newest addition to the Bean team, Bella!
Expect a low impact barre inspired class that gets the heart rate pumping and your legs and arms shaking.
This class is also pregnancy safe, modifications are provided throughout and she suggests using a long resistance band (or pair of tights) and a set of hand weights if you have them.

Join Josie at the 'barre' for a combination of Piles, lunges, and squats working on toning and lengthening the legs, with additional upper body and ab sequences to get a full body workout.
