This class focuses on the core, balance and toning with the help of a squishy ball, hand weights and a loop band.
Renee reassures us you can get a great workout without equipment so no sweat....#butsweat.
Starting with pelvic lifts with the booty band and moving onto slow and controlled standing plie's with the ball and band, will really challenge your balance working those small hard-to-reach muscles.
You'll finish up with a toning arm, shoulder and upper back sequence to leave you fully worked.
