Emma's Pilates flow focuses on the outer thighs to get your legs burning whilst also incorporating arms and abs to leave your whole body feeling worked and stretched.
Light handweights and a loop band are optional but the most important thing in Pilates is using your breath and taking it slow to help activate your muscles correctly.
